We can design your product to your requirements up to prototype stage, or carry the process all the way up to and including production manufacture. - Talkback Control System
A complete control and monitor system for the control and actuation of smoke shutters in large buildings. Consists of the control and monitor unit shown opposite including embedded software, and up to 16 actuators connected to a single 3 core ring. All the actuators are powered from the control unit. Designed and manufactured for Lorient Polyproducts Ltd.
- Gas Monitor GB4
A control monitor used for hazardous gases in the electronic components industry. It incorporates a pneumatic solenoid valve to control an external pneumatic gas valve. Includes 6 remote sensor connections each capable of closing the valve and a low gas warning. Designed and manufactured for IGS Europe Ltd.
- Switchover Unit S02
A unit designed to control the use of 2 gas bottles. The gas level in each bottle is monitored, and if the level becomes too low in the in service bottle, then usage is automatically switched to the other bottle, provided it is service ready. Designed and manufactured for IGS Europe Ltd.
- Distribution Box
A gas distribution box containing 5 solenoid valves, latching open or closed operated by the green and red switches. Switches illuminate to show the current status. Connections are provided for remote closure of any or all of the valves. An audible alarm indicates any remotely closed valves. An alarm silence button is provided, which once operated illuminates to show there is still an alarm condition. Designed and manufactured for IGS Europe Ltd.
